Yubisaki to Renren ranked ninth and 17th in the 2021 and 2022 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Female Readers division, respectively. The manga was nominated for the Kodansha Manga Award in the Shoujo category for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024. The series has been published digitally in English as A Sign of Affection by Kodansha USA since March 31, 2020, and in print since February 23, 2021. Summary
